I'll go with this one but we need to fix the colors. Please make the rooftops, windows, and tree black and the sun outline (the half circle) a deep crimson. Make the curved lines under the houses a deeper gold. The words "Peterborough Estates" should be dark charcoal gray.

Actually, leave the word "Peterborough" the same size, but enlarge "Estates".

Perhaps you could modify the rooftops so they look a bit more "elegant" or "upscale". Also, I'd like more emphasis on the word "ESTATES", and less on the word "PETERBOROUGH". You could reduce the font size on "Peterborough" and add the lines on the sides (like you have now beside the word "Estates") and enlarge the word "Estates.
