Nice logo - probably no need for bold emphasis on the "Data", but otherwise we like the updates...

Great improvement - we like the flatter design. You could take it one step further and remove the linear perspective on the cube. We're also debating the "Exchange" vs. "eXchange" versions... which do you prefer?

Nice logo - some suggestions: remove shadow (flat/material design esque); Try making text "Permit Data eXchange" (change case); Try a different font - we use Roboto family in the app
