I like the overall direction of this. The spy icon is great. I think there is an opportunity to reduce the lines to make it more streamlined. I would remove and strokes around the letters and icons. For color palette I would try to stick to 2 colors, 3 max. Also, the customized typeface seems out of place. I would modify a more well known typeface.
