This is Con. We so appreciate your talent and how you helped us with out other logo. Here's what we need to convey with this logo. The community is a global community of different people working together in a discipline called "performance support" Can you use color to tie Performance support together and distinguish it from the word community (but still with an emphasis on "performance."

The logo you've presented feels a bit abstract and it's difficult to determine that they are people.

We aren't tied to the colors. We like cool colors rather than warm. The logo and colors need to differ from the one you have already done for us because it will be for a different company.

We have liked the compass theme that's materialized in few designs. Can you take on a global/compass/community logo? We'd like you to use the same colors and font you used in #155... Let us know if that makes sense?
