here is my idea behind this...the three people with the sun behind them show the 'new' economy like in your slogan. the shadows they are casting implies the trustworthiness that you mentioned in the brief, and i think the overall mood of this logo is promising. the gradual increase in size of the back person to the front person also implies transition and forward movement-- and forward movement is a good thing for job hunters. let me know if i can make improvements on this for you. colors can always be changed to your liking. thanks.
