The simple outline of the aircraft is pretty cool, but a bit too 'generic' helicopter. The idea of a simple line works but maybe a bit more tailored to match the EC135. I'm afraid the font style is all wrong, though.

This is looking pretty sharp. Well received. Few tweaks...
1) a darker blue and red. The shades of the #1 design are spot on
2) really like the way the star looks outlined in blue
3) would like to see the word STAR kept red but outlined in blue
4) the lines flanking the shield....can we see that in red and yellow?
5) see the pic of the aircraft? Can you put those yellow lines on the blue portion of the acft symbol and the blue lines on the white portion. And maybe the blades in the same gray as the windows?
6) the 'feathers' of the wing badge....a lot of the guys here would like to see that

Your first design and this...night and day. You're looking really good here. Good luck!

Hi again,

With those lines the helicopter become too complex symbol (for a logo) and I had to turn the color of the cockpit into blue.
I think the blue stroke of "STAR" #21 is not necessary, it makes the red color of the letters difficult to see, in #22 I've removed it.

I can see your concerns, especially if the logo were to be small..a business card etc. However it would be used almost exclusivey on the back of a T-Shirt and enlarged to about a 10 - 12 in. (.3 Meter) across. At the scale would the aircraft stripes still be an issue? Right now, the crew is leaning toward #21. Also, there wont be any fuzziness or distortion in the image as it is increased in size, would there??

Yes, about the smaller formats was my point.
There won't be any fuzziness or distortion as it is increased in size. It is all vectors, no raster image, so you can enlarge it (proportionally) freely without any "loosing" of the quality of the image, if you ask about that.
