Our ranked #3 is looking good, would like the head of the logo to be abstract as well

I submitted some entries with more abstract head and even smaller logo to go better with the name along side, also i did a special treatment to letter "A".

Like #62 and to be honest was unable to see any difference from 47 - my eye not as good as yours!! Thanks.

don't worry most differences are improvements for better:

Here:
• I eliminated a line from the pegasus' chest now just one between wings and leg
• I eliminated a pair of lines at the pegasus' neck (the rounded part that conects the head and the wings)
• I prolonged i bit the pegasus feet or the correct term "hoof"
• I engrossed the pegasus crest a little bit to give him more robust look.

Thanks for your continued work, do still like 62 and 47 better.

Liked #62, but would prefer more classic lettering, for example a Greek A with no horizontal stroke, and a more articulated "S" with a heavier angle stroke and lighter top and bottom strokes. Also, we would only like to see "Predicting Employee Performance" in dark gray.

Of course Teri no problem let me do everyone of those adjustments, thanks a lot.

these will work well, only now need the word international in Red and keep the slogan in grey. Teri
