Purple is good; incorporating slogan is also good. Can you make the crosswalk shape more consistent with what we use in our e-newsletter, current logo and Safe Routes to Transit logo? You can see these on our website, peds.org. if the crosswalk isn't shaped like that, it would be better to not use a crosswalk
The shade of purple we use currently is R=70; G=49; B=146. Try that, as it would keep consistency with the Safe Routes to Transit logo we will continue to use as a program logo.
Crosswalk looks great. I like the stacked slogan in the one you sent previously. Try removing the traffic signal from the design.
Also try using orange for the slogan The pantone we use currently for orange is 1665 and might work well with the purple we use currently: R=70;G=49;B=146 .
Also please try a different font for PEDS. We use Avenir on most of our materials. In bold, the font is called Avenir LT Std 65 Medium. If you don't have that, try bold Futura , TW Cent MT or something similar
