Attractive font. I like the location of slogan, but it may be too small to read when the logo is used in a small size. I like the 2-line stacked logo in #44. Stacking may be easier with all caps. Try changing font in#40 from gray to orange. We like pantone 1665 (R=220 / B=68 / G=5)
It's best to keep the logo above the crosswalk with a bit of white space in between. We're trying to present walking as a vibrant activity and our organization as energetic and persistent, so gray is not the best color for us.
