It is a clean and bold medical crest, that is eye-catching and memorable. It is also simple enough, however, to produce well at any size (including small embroidery).I took the colors and inspiration from the original logo for the Pediatricians Alliance of Ontario. I look forward to hearing what you think! Thanks!(This comment references Entry #20) 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client It is definitely a clean design. But we are distinct from the PAO so the colours probably shouldn't overlap 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client any way to put a kids theme in the shield, like the stick figures in our current logohttp://pedsontario.com 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Sure thing! Here is a revised shield using the figures from your current logo, as well as the colors from it. Let me know what you think...(This comment references Entry #22) 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Alternate, more stacked layout...(This comment references Entry #23) 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client nice look. maple leaf in place of the cross/plus sign? some overlap btw the figures, or some way to make it look like boy and girl? 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer That all sounds great; I will work on some revisions soon! 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Here it is with the maple leaf instead... I will work on revising the figures to distinguish sex now as well.(This comment references Entry #27) 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Here is the initial idea I came up with as far as boy/girl figures!...(This comment references Entry #28) 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client I think the stick figures have to be approached a different way to distinguish boy/girl, lots of examples out there, feel free to brainstorm and come up with something dynamic/flowing/iconic 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Sure thing; thanks for the feedback. I will see what I can come up with and post more ideas later this evening! 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client 23 could be done with the maple leaf too. thanks 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer No problem; here is a revised version of #23. I will see what I can do for the boy/girl soon too.(This comment references Entry #45) 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer I am still working on boy/girl figures, without getting too cliche, but here is an alternate option that is a little more flowing and natural with the forms. The more I think about it, the more I think it might be good to reference your old logo like the look of #45, but I will definitely keep working to see what else I can do. I considered putting on the male and female symbols (circle with arrow and circle with cross), but that instantly made it feel less child-like in nature.(This comment references Entry #68) 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Just throwing out some other ideas now, but here is another possible option!...(This comment references Entry #69) 13 years ago Pediatrics Section Client this is definitely the cleanest of the entries and you don't want to clutter it, but if the logo was to stand by itself without the script yet still identifies us, what could that element be? We are not wedded to the figures from our current logo. I like the surround stethoscope in the Mountain Health contest entries, in terms of giving the logo "flow". Any different angles would be good. As you can see, trillium is attractive in that (at least in Canada) it identifies Ontario *we don't have any other symbols, sadly. 13 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Thanks for that information again. Here is the other idea I came up with! It is a stethoscope in the shape of a heart :)(This comment references Entry #125) 13 years ago
