interesting, good flow to the design, any way to make the outline of the two figures an outline of a maple leaf at all, could pedsontario replace PSOMA, see how it looks if Pediatrics Section or Pediatricians of Ontario placed differenty=. to see if it looks less busy, can overall profile "fit" (altho' not necessarily there as a hard line) circle or square shape, this one I think right now is a triangle

i have try hard to make the main icon is most like a maple leaf :)
and the small icon under the logo is a sillouete of an open book :)

and the last i have try to make the logo looks better in triangle mode :D

Would remove the blue triangle, this is the first logo with the website, pedsontario.com without the .com it doesn't mean much, so either it stays with pedsontario in one banner followed by .com in a relief (reverse bold) box? Or none at all. Pediatrics Section, OMA not just Pediatrics Section.
Maybe the middle star could be a maple leaf?
