Single biggest comment here is that we need to avoid the "scary" imagery, so the "happy" pumpkin is a much better fit than the "scary pumpkin. In several of he other submitted designs, the comment was made that the use of the tree (in designs 13, 14 and 20) were too similar to our existing departmental logo.
Okay I see, thank you! I'll be working on an even "friendlier" pumpkin. Sorry for my first uploads, your brief was quite clear, but I somehow I missed some points :)
