In this phase only 1st ranked designer can submit revisions. But you can change order between designers and re-rank again in can you need revisions from other designers.

I really like the cleverness of this!! But the symbol has a dice feel with the black dots. not sure on how to chance it. Also how would it look with Therapeutics black?

This is interesting! I like the play on a lifting plate. I have a problem with the center symbol. Kinda reminds of the "black power" symbol. The lettering on the big plate seems off center as well
