Between logo #24 and logo #36 there is a size difference in He graphic. One is small and one is big. I believe in between both will be better but with the colors of #24. In other words, making the graphic element bigger but not as big as in logo #36.

Could you make one without gradient on letters? Gradient makes it difficult to execute in a lot of aplications.
