I like this. Good use of graph the graph bars and magnifying glass. Though I wonder if "Research Strategies" needs to be more prominent.

And you made it to the top five. The magnifying glass is a little big. But the concept is right. I do a LOT of graphing work and data analysis. The color scheme is spot on. But I worry my name is a little big while the things I do (Research and Strategies) is a little small.

Nice out of the box thinking on the chess pieces.

Can you make the magnifying glass slightly smaller? It seems a little overbearing right now.
