LOVE the gates . Would love to see some variations on the design... fonts , color placement. Would like to see it with "Pat Skiffington" on top line, "& Associates" on second line with "LA Luxury Real Estate" below that.

beautiful and certainly conveys luxury. Does not convey Southern California though. Would love to see some variations

Even though it is recycled and I've seen before in previous contest... there is something I like... can't put my finger on it. Very linear... not sure I like that/ House doesn't really convey luxury BUT think you might be on right track with this. A good start that needs some reworking. I look forward to seeing more!
