Thank you so much for your creative design ideas! You are certainly talented! It will be hard to NOT rank you as I really like your designs, but I'll wait until the end as you requested. However, I'd definitely put several of your designs near the top of the rankings! Here is my feedback for you:
OVERALL: -- I like the fonts you selected for the words. -- I wonder if it's possible to make the word "career" in italics to convey movement? -- Would like to see more of a burnt/rusty orange rather than the yellows in the orange, if possible. -- Is it possible to add in purple and green into the logo colors (as secondary colors). The words should stay blue and orange as these are our primary colors on the site, but we are introducing purples and greens as well in the new website design -- Of all of yours, I like #32 the best as it's simple and easy to grasp. It just needs the tag line (Make your career move) added somewhere (across the bottom or top?). -- Not sure if I prefer the tag line at the top or bottom...would like to see some variations, if possible. -- Is it possible to change the arrow in #32 to something more subtle that conveys motion (something similar, but without the arrowhead)...or maybe a few of them (may have to be thinner) to include the 4 colors? -- #32 I really like how you have emphasized the word "career" but wonder if "passport" should be slightly larger?

Let me know when it's okay to include your great designs in the ranking! I've had feedback from my team and many would like to see #32 and #36 in a few different versions. Here are some thoughts:
#32 - can we see the tag line spread across the bottom of the logo--maybe in some kind of italic font to show motion? Also, is it possible to take the single arrow and make it the 4 colors in a graduated way? So it might start with orange, then green, then purple, then blue leading into the word "Passport"?
#36 Is it possible to see the globe in blue and one of the arrows in purple and one in green? Not sure if this color combo will work, but may be worth a try! Also, it's a bit difficult to read the tagline...what do you think about putting it at the bottom of the word "Career" ... maybe make the globe a bit larger so it falls below the line of the word "Career" to create a space for the tagline...I'll leave it up to your creative thinking!!!
