Many thanks for your extremely creative and eye-catching designs!! I love how you incorporated the globe into the word "Passport." I really like all 3 designs, but a few of my staff have all commented that they find #48 to be the most eye-catching with the circle creating motion and activity!
I would be very interested in seeing #48 with a few different options. First, it would be great to see you incorporate green and purple as secondary colors...maybe make the globe more abstract and incorporate the blue, orange, purple, green? I'll leave the creative thinking to you!!
I'd also like to see the logo without the ".com". We will definitely want a ".com" added to the winning logo, but I think it might be easier to just create the web logo, which doesn't need it right now...sorry if I was confusing in my brief about this.
I hope you'll submit more designs as I really like your work. I'll re-rank all contributions shortly, and I know yours will be toward the top!
We still love your design and would love to see a few alternates to see if we can use it for our company. Hope you have the time to work on 1 or 2 more before the contest ends as we think your design #48 has great possibilities!!!
Many thanks for your additional submissions. I think the favorite among our team is still #48 (coming in strong as the preferred logo by many on our team!), but if you have time before the contest ends, would love to see:
#48 with a few changes 1. the loop threaded through the "e" like it is in #165 2. some variations on the globe...maybe change the colors to have the continents shaded in grey or blue or orange?? 3. see a version with the globe a tiny bit larger so it pops out a bit more. 4. Make the lettering in "MAKE YOUR CAREER MOVE" a lot darker...hard to read...maybe darker like the grey used in #165.
Really excited about your design...I have the votes coming in from the 20 people on the team and #48 is extremely popular!!

THANK YOU for your awesome design submissions and congratulations on #48 being ranked first place! We are still waiting for others on our team to share their feedback before we select a winner. However, we really love your design and hope you are willing to work with us to refine the design a little bit, which will help us to make our final decision on your logo. Here are a few changes that we'd like to see (basically a combination of several of your designs):
1. We'd like to ask you to adjust the size of the globe to be the size you have in #194. 2. We'd really like a slicker, more modern-looking globe. Could you play around with a few options? For example: a. Create a metallic-looking globe that shines with a few continents--maybe all in greys (which would match the tagline) b. Create a metallic-looking globe that shines with continents--maybe in alternative color schemes (like blue, orange, green, other color, but keep the globe one color with different shades of the same color like in #166, but more shiny) 3. Could you darken the grey color on the tagline "Make your career move" 4. We'd like to have the sphere looped through the "e" like it is in #185. 5. Change the font for "Career" to the font you used for "career" in #165 6. Slightly darken the orange in the word "Passport" so it is exactly the same as the orange in the sphere (maybe you already did this, but it doesn't seem to appear that way on my monitor). 7. We can't decide if we like the font for "Passport" like the one you used in #48 or the one in #165...maybe try both to see which one works better with the new "career" font? Could you add more shine to the letters...a bit more than you used in #165. 8. Is it possible to see the "C" in career as a lower case "c" and then stretch out the word "Passport" with the larger globe? (A few people are concerned that at first glance, someone might read the logo backward as "career passport"... not sure if this is a serious concern, but if you don't mind, it would be great to see just one word on top of the other.)
Lastly, I'm not sure how this process works now that the contest has ended. Do I just find your revised designs in the same portfolio or are they submitted somewhere else? If you could, would you please send me a private message when you post them so I can be sure to look at them immediately and get back to you with any other minor changes?
