For this entry, I decided to go with a dark background and the dot above the "i" is the sun.

Since you like to blog and seem to practice an artistic and creative approach to searching for a home, as well as being situated in a beautiful place, I wanted to convey that in a logo.
Hopefully I was able to portray some Pasadena charm here, with the houses and the rose in the "i", but most importantly hopefully I got your likeness and personality. If not quite, I can revise until you are happy.
Anna, totally awesome! Really like it... love the way you incorporated all the elements and made it very fun! Also, maybe seeing a more of an Arts & Crafts (art deco) type font to see how that would look. However, it might be too much... not sure. Just initial thoughts...
Hi Anna, taking back some of the comments above... the more I look at #7, the more I think it needs to be simplified a bit... too much going on and making it a bit too cartoonish.
Leave the font as is, Art Deco might be too much... let's take away the rose and replace with an "i" for a cleaner look and potentially redesign the house in a bit more of a craftsman style,if possible Let's see how that looks.
I'm really torn since I think the design is very cute and creative... creates a feeling of being approachable, but I don't know that it conveys the refined professional look. This would look really cute on a business card, but might not work when blown up on a sign or letterhead.
Here is my new entry. Let me know if I got the architecture correct. The style can always be simplified, done in mere lines, or made more elaborate, depending on your tastes. The avatar and other elements are easily removed.
Anna, going back to #5... Can we try a different shade of brown and change the yellow to a teal, sun to a globe? I like the color gradation for the background as in #6... darker on the bottom. However, it might just have been the shade od brown that looks funky. Thank you.

Anna, still going back to #7... really like the way you have the world and the slogan incorporated and like the colors/font for PasadenaViews (gives it the edginess that I'm looking for).
As much as I like the avatar and think it's really cute, it's not going to work well for my team. Currently, I have no men on the team, but if one was to be hired, he'd not be overly happy with a girl on his business card.
I wonder if we can take out the avatar and maybe make the globe sort of like the sun/moon with the slogan leading towards the house (simple craftsman). Replace the rose with a regular i. Replace Irina Netchaev & Associates with Real Estate Team.
Still like #4, but would have to play with the colors and backgrounds... none of these colors are working for me, but do not worry about that for now... I can go through some of the color combinations later should we decide to go that route.
Hi Anna, I like #36 and how you incorporated the skeleton key into Pasadena... really neat. The font for Views seems a little too wide (does that make sense) to me. However, I like the personal family style of the font. Also, maybe getting rid of the globe would make it simpler. Thank you!

Wow Anna... it's beautiful... Thank you! I especially like #104. The muted colors give it a good eco look - great for business cards especially if printed on eco friendly paper... For property signs, the colors won't work... not vibrant or rich enough... Any ideas for other color combinations? Or maybe a nice background that will work with existing colors. Doesn't have to be green... Let me know what you think... THANKS again!
also if not too much trouble Anna... would like to see #104 with the city hall in a dark silver/gray color and Pasadena Views in black or Pasadena in a beautiful Red and Views in black or vice versa. Thank you!
