After seeing all the other versions you made after my suggestions I think your original is still my favorite. I think having too many colors of "people" ruins the beautiful image. Maybe try different shades of the current colors?

This is cool. Can we see it with different colors? Maybe keep the logo and FosterOn in our original colors and have the Partners For Change in a different color. Dark gray is also one of our brand colors.
