Green - #22-24 are a definite no. #18 - #21 are more interesting. I like #19 and #21 the best, but I still don't quite see how it reflects on their security/surveillance emphasis. #16 and #17 are a definite no.
#36-#38 are interesting improvements. I like the shield concept, combined with the swoosh in #37 is definitely more interesting to me. Maybe a revision of this somehow - where the first "A" in parsat is more clear? I dunno, but I like where you are going here.
