Great start! We would like to see the human images be female, identifiable by a pony tail hairstyle and slight figure modifications. Also, we'd like to see how it looks with only the bottom right quadrant of the shield as white on black. Lastly, "Movement Innovation and Sustainability" is squished and too hard to read right now. let's keep it to just 2 colors; black and white. no grays.
also, the "Movement Innovation and Sustainability" looks too cramped when it's stacked on 2 lines.
i do like some of the other elements in the designs 3-7 and 14 but i nixed them because of the reasons above. in particular, i like the stars that are in a few of the designs.
For #19, can you change the style of the ponytails? Their size/shape looks a little off.
Also, the ponytail on the bottom right quadrant should be down since she is not moving in this position. Lastly, for this bottom right quadrant, we would like it to be the only white on black one. Can you make the top left person black on white? So the first 3 quadrants will all be black on white and the last one on the bottom right will be white on black. Thanks!
