For #20 - we would prefer a stronger red, this one is a bit too light. We still prefer the font of #10 over these revised ones - however, we felt that #10 font was a bit too bold and compact and when looking at it is hard to register?
We also like the snowboarder graphic, but is it also possible for you to create another logo which incorporates the letters PGnP somehow which could be merged together, we definitely do not want PGnP as separate standalone letters.
I always liked the font on #10 it looks very "X-Game-ish" :)
I originally tried to use and work with the PGnP but it is very awkward and clumsy to incorporate that additional graphic, it seems to clutter up impact. Also it is hard to read.
If you want to use PGnP I would use it as a secondary Logo to this main Logo and simply run it as PGnP ... I will show you that also, it would be simple to adjust and only take seconds and you would have the advantage of using that also. I will show you an example.
I will adjust the letter "A" in #10 and it will be surprised how that makes it much more readable.
i dont know, font for #27 still looks too blocky for our liking. although the white "gear" i think helps it.
With regards to PGnP, we were hoping you could create one that merged/blended the letters together (similar to how #4 has it) and not have it separate standalone.
Came up with an idea that might be cool, how about incorporating the initials under the board, that way they could always be part of the dude ... almost like he's reaching for the name and his board at the same time ... PGnP time = air-time :-)
Been given some feedback that maybe there is too much in the logo now - we are still not totally convinced with the fonts that were used as well - what is possibly way to simplify the design whilst maintaining the theme - other comment we got is we are retailing/wholesaling the products - and not as important to use a pictorial image as we are not branding the logo onto products.
Would appreciated any comments you have to add to this.
I agree ... I would NOT use the initials, your name is sort and compact enough that the three words stacked read very well! Like I had mentioned in my previous comment I thought the initials complicated the design, that's why I did not originally use them.
As far as the font goes, that is strictly a taste thing! What someone likes the other person hates. All I can telI you is give me a font you all agree on and like and I will replace it and show you a new proof. As far as my taste goes, I love #25 and think the font is most appropriate for Boards sports, it's very edgy, funky, and X-Game-ish.
I will continue looking for fonts! And post some new layouts. Best Bill
