I don't really understand. You say that this design is in the right direction but you have ranked high my design without the palm. That confuses me as to what you would like to see.
Also you are at selection. Currently only first ranked designer can submit revisions. If you want to see revisions from other designers, you must rank them in the first place for a while in order to submit.

Can you try to incorporate palm trees somewhere in the logo? Maybe also where the “I” goes too?
