I love how you nailed the paradise theme with the palm tree and provided a roof line that conveys "home" as well as sneaking in a wavy line that could be conveyed as a wave.

BTW, I am not against using contrasting colors from the template site. I guess "complimentary" or "opposing" would be more appropriate to describe.
