Thanks for your submission. I like the simplicity of it.

Would like to see other colors included which will compliment the site. And the addition of a palm tree. And the palm tree can be 'simple'. This is due to the fact we will print the logo on signs, t-shirts, mugs, etc.

Thanks for the revisions. I like #147 best. We don't really have many homes with fireplaces and chimneys. Please remove the chimney on the house.

Also Could you make the palm trees green? I'd like to see what it looks like that way.

Would like to see other more 'playful' fonts but not too scripty. And the word 'rentals' in a darker shade of blue.

Also, I like the palm trees better in #202 and would like to see those in #174. But keep them green.
