I appreciate the way you incorporated the emerald/blue strip of color in the ocean out the window. Very much like our waters here :) However, the window element is not growing on me. I would prefer a palm tree to convey "paradise" or house lines to convey the beach home rental (or both palm tree and house lines). Also, Paradise and Beach needs a bit more space between each word.
