Reverse the water portion and the molecule portion. Change the top part of the drop to green molecule structure, the bottom of the drop to an actual blue drop and make the eclipse orange. Make the letters block letters like #33 logo. The first letters of PCT should be black. The rest of paradigm do in blue, the rest of convergence in orange, the rest of technologies in green. Do corporation in black or grey. Finally change the motto to "Where ideas are converted into solutions".
