To be honest I just can not see it look like a bull. However, I am changing the angles hoping to get closer to what you wish.

We still like this logo concept. The cat image still looks a little like a bull. I am not sure how to change it. It may be that the ear looks like a horn? The jump angle still seems too steep as well. Thank you for your work.
