All three of these designs (#31, #32 and #33) are interesting, although they all seem a little dark and the three very sharp arrows seem overwhelm the logo. In #33, I really like the effect of the thin line between teh circle and the name, but the 3D effect doesn't seem to add to the logo in this particular instance and the circle seems too dark (maybe because the arrows don't have the same outlining as is used in #31 and #32). As between #32 and #31, I think the green arrows inside blue background pops a little better than the blue arrows inside a dark green background. I also like the use of green in the second line of the name (Capital Advisors, Inc.) in #31...it helps to draw attention to the name Panacea in the first line.
