Here is the logo I had been working on for you. I wanted to come up with something that was a 2-color design, as this will greatly simplify the print/production process for you. Also, this will keep it much more affordable as well! (especially for silkscreening shirts and other apparel!) It is important for the logo to be as simple as possible, in terms of detail, so that silkscreening, embroidery, applique, etc. will still produce well--that was the main point of inspiration for my design.

You could also pull just the words from the logo and use that across the chest on t-shirts and jerseys. It also might a good simplified alternate option for the bottom of mailers, brochures, etc. that already have the full logo at the top...
