Palooka Joe'sLogo Design Contest

Fazwork, thank you for the entry. It's a good start. I like the classic look and also the all caps sans serif font of the "Palooka Joes" but can you try a serif italicized font for the "Authentic Steaks...etc."? I'm also looking for something lighter, more colorful with an added visual element like a character or a hand in a boxing glove holding a big, juicy steak-n-cheese sub like symbol. Classic, tough and delicious, if that's possible?
