Thank you for submitting an excellent design! The reason it is currently ranked 3rd is because of it's carefree, beach feel (I'd prefer to express professionalism) and the inclusion of the traditional masks which I would like to avoid. I may have misled you by choosing "more colorful" which I will correct. Sorry! Thank you again for your work! Bob
