me and Soon resolved that admin was contacted too so the concept is ready to use

you pay the prize to the winner we split between us personally. that is the rule here

We're not going to pay 50:50. Personally, I don't think she really copied your concept. They were entirely different, and the split star thing isn't all that novel. Her star didn't look like yours at all. I said, we'd give you $50. Otherwise, we will just go with the basic star. It's not hugely important to us. But Soon's design is 90% hers.

so i contacted the Admin. They are informed about the case here. Since there are some rules here - in that kind of cases the winning designer has to split their price 50;50. i hope you will respect that. also if you have any questions about that pls contact the admin asap

We're close to selecting the design by Soon. We liked the split star version of Soon's logo, but apparently you claimed it was your idea. We didn't necessarily think it looked the same, but we will pay you $50 separately if you will let Soon use it. If not, we will just go with the current version of Soon's logo. Please let me know what you would like to do...and, if we can use the split star, how to send you payment. You'd also need to clear it up with "Logo Court."

Really like the feel of this. Instead of buildings, could you make a the shape out of roman columns? Don't want it to look stiff...same feel.
