If possible to symbolically differentiate the two types of people- modern (conventional) and indigenous, it would communicate the inclusiveness of the traditional and modern way of life, which is a great theme. I also would like to see the overall sphere appear more as a proper circle. It would be better if the text of the organization's name is placed stacked hugging the circle on the right to make it more compact A pleasant surprise once I looked closer , thank you.
