Can you please do me a favor - drop the "Inc." from the logo, and reposition "Solutions", maybe make that word a little larger?

Keep this design. Please add color to "LEADERSHIP", like the same blue as the wave, as a second design to consider.

You are on the right track. Thanks. A little more work on the wave, to make it look more like a good surfing wave? Maybe different color for LEADERSHIP (I want to highlight this word above all else; maybe same blue). I'd like to include PLS as a focus, with the other words as lesser but included in the logo?
