We like this design. We like eyes to focus on "LEADERSHIP," so can you change the coloring on those words; maybe switch the green with the blue? Play with the words more and bring out LEADERSHIP. Thanks.

You are on the right track. All three of your designs are good. I'd like a focus on LEADERSHIP (whether by color or font), and a wave-like symbol is awesome. I like to toy with "PLS" as a focus too, with Pacific Leadership Solutions as a small afterthought. But include a wave somewhere.
