ok here's my opinion.
I prefer #131 with bolder font.
because it will be better and easier to read at smaller size.
#132 also good but on smaller size it will be less visible.

I like the mountains here better than in your recent alternatives sent. Can you work with the font of Wealth Planning, making it larger? Also, leave the end-lines on either side of Wealth Planning out; it's cleaner without these. Thank you.
