The change is good, and a lot of people are liking your logo. But the feedback I am getting is for the gold lines in the background. People don't seem to like them much, but no one really has an idea of what could be different. Could we see a version with something else happening? I think just removing them would leave it too empty, and I don't know if a compass or radar would leave it too busy. So, I'm sorry I don't have a good alternate suggestion, but we would like to see something done differently with those lines.

Hello, I was showing this logo to my boss and he wanted to see a version of it with the star removed and the tower replaced with a rook/keep. Is that doable?
