I would like to see #3 using black letters for Steakhouse & Saloon and forest green letters for @ Durango's Canyon. What about using the figure of Yosemite Sam. I sent picture in guide. This is getting close.

I can not copy Yosemite Sam, as he as a copyrighted character of Warner Bros. I did come up with a stylized outlaw-looking character though; let me know if you like the look of this new layout. I will post additional ideas as I finalize them.
