Hi: Looks like you're back in the running. Can you try a couple things with #108?
Make "Express" same width as "Outcomes"
Move the tagline below the "whole" logo Like #102
The idea is:
1 the tagline will be easier to read in small applications
2 the logo has to work with no tagline as well as with one
