As opposed to an emblem around the people, try using just some block people figures. thanks!

Looking good. This will be placed on a biz card and website and brochures. So the intricate detail needs to be able to be easily transferred to print and web.
Play with the people images more to be sure the open/white spaces don't get lost in say a t-shirt or something.
