ORYO stands for Our Retirement is Your Opportunity with a tagline of Experience Without the PriceTag...need both.
Of the two entries, I like the Y in Entry 2...it flows.

ORYO is a network or registry of retired and semi-retired professionals. It stands for Our Retirement is Your Opportunity who give back to the community by offering their services at 'retirement' fees. The purpose of our site is to 1) get members and 2) get clients to utilize the services.

As for the 2 logos, I like the colors and the Y is entry 2.

Change tagline to read Registry of Retired and Semi-retired Professionals

I think the Experience Without the Pricetag is a catchier tagline than the Registry.
