You are still in the lead. Read what I wrote again in my comments. I think you are on the right track with this design. Maybe alter it some. But not too much.

You're newer designs are going in the opposite direction.

You are on fire Logo Bender. Lets see what can make this design top notch.

How about Outlining the Orange Lettering in ORYNT in Black (Play with the boldness or thickness of the outline)

With the "O" in Orynt... Un-shade it. Design a globe inside it with maybe black shapes.

Then maybe do the same design in black and outline in the same orange color with the globe continents in orange as well.

Does that make sense.

You are on the right track. I really like this one, but remember I love intricate details as well. The "Y" is very nice I love it Maybe add or incorporate the colors, play with the font, I do really like it. This is a great base to add a few details such as a disaster icon - perhaps But keep this as a great contender.
