Hello there. Designs are nice, but the color palette is a little off from the desired look.

(This palette close resembles what I am going for. I love these colors put together so that you can place the logo on a white shirt, black shirt, orange-ish hot pink shirt and it looks great. )

I like your vibe. The Ombre colors and use of all the colors is impressive.

Maybe swap the triangle for another symbol that signifies a disaster or another shape or symbol.

Then maybe the "O" in Global, Ombre it with the same colors you did on the top. I love that gradual colors used.
