This is an interesting design but seems too light in the colors. Could you possibly look at a design showing a globe effect a little better.

The element at the top is a nice idea but I believe is supposed to be the logo I've seen with a person with outstretched arms. Maybe because of size it's hard to tell that. Maybe try it without the circle as well and add Education and Conference Center under the Orthopaedic Learning Center.

thanks for your feedback.. i came with more variations design with bold color and better global effect,
and the icon symbol i've seen on many site of orthopaedic chiropractic like on http://www.depaolischiropracticcenter.com/ i dont know what symbol mean..

the idea of number #49 is like a book (learn) and chiropratic symbol for major education center..
and #48 #47 is center of the world for educational orthopaedic, came with globe, people hand each other and
and back structural bone
