Thanks Jefry, this is much closer to what I am thinking. The font, however, is still a little too "American" for me, that could be the colours too...

I love the direction that this is taking. Could you look at lightening the colours of the rainbow to give it a more subtle effect. Also, give a few options on the font for the name. I love the use of the hop and wheat/barley icons. The seven stars nails it too.
