I really like the houses - the blue and the gold and very 3 D. I like that you incorporated the services. I think I would like to see if you could put it together different from the round badge style. I am also open to incorporating the black as you did or maybe even shades of blue or silver. I also like that there is shading within the circle. I think it's a great start and look forward to more ideas! Thank you!
#23 - This is a very clever design. I think for me there is too much emphasis on Organized and I would prefer more emphasis on the word Design. #22, #21, #20, These are very good. I like the way the houses are angled and the colors. I do like all of these and like the shading. I would may like to see if one design had the roofs also in the gold colorwith the highlighting? They seem a little elongated with the word Organized. Maybe if there is less emphasis on the word Organized and more on the word Design or if Design is in another font or color? I look forward to more ideas from you. Thank you.
#26 Thank you for letting me see the houses with the gold roof. Think your original design having the blue roof is better. And I appreciate you made more emphasis on the word Design but I think its maybe more masculine than femine at this point. I'm not sure if my feedback is more help or hinderance. #21 is still quite nice and maybe you could work some additional ideas from that one? Thank you so very much.
#31 & #30 Very nice! I like how you did the 3 services different in each logo - #30 in gold and underneath & #31 in the white and included in the blue area. Both ways look good. #31 I like how the text is spaced and lines up evenly at the end. I think I prefer the houses on the left side but I appreciate seeing them on the right as that probably helped to line up #30 I do like how the text lines up more in #31 but I see that with the houses on an angle that is more challenging. Maybe you are able to figure out a way for that to work? #30 I also like the extra detail of outlining the blue shaded area, although maybe not so much the rounded corners - maybe you can make it look more like a banner? I definitely like the changes and hope to see more. Please feel free to not only incorporate changes I request but feel free to incorporate your ideas into additional logos as you make changes. I always like the additional details and you may think of better ways than I can. I think these were great options and I look forward to more from you. Thank you.
#32 This is a nice look and I appreciate that it is different from the others. I like how the text looks. I think it may feel a little top heavy with the houses so much larger over the test. It is a nice clean look and that is good. I do like your designs and will look forward to more from you. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the new designs. #40 & #41 I definitely like how the text is done and spaced. I am not sure about the actual style of the houses but I think they have potential. I like that they are gold, I like the blue trim and the way they are situated is a different look that I like. I think the front needs to look more residential - maybe window(s), door but not particularly the 1 opening. #41 I absolutely love the cityscape in the background. However I am typically more in a residential home than in the city. I'm not sure if we can incorporate that look somehow with residential houses or residential roof lines. Great new concepts - I will look forward to your updates on those. Thank you.
Thank you for making the changes. I am wondering if we can somehow combine the look you have with the houses in #30 with the look in this design #49. You do not have to replicate #30 but I think maybe to remove the shading down the center of the house may change the look. You have good designs. I appreciate your feedback very much. It is sometimes very hard to explain so I greatly appreciate your efforts. You are correct that I like the the 3-D look, but I sometimes don't want to narrow my options too quickly as I think as designers you may come up with something better than I would have thought of. Yes I love the cityscape background and would love to see if you could do a siloutte of a grand style home behind the text to mimic a city skyline. I would love to see what you could put together. You are a good designer and would appreciate seeing some more ideas from you! Thank you so much. I like the gold - kind of the shiny metal gold with the highlights and shading and maybe it would need to soften or lighten as it goes lower or behind any text.
#41 This one with the cityscape maybe try to put a grand style house siloutte above the blue as you have it now and maybe all the through also. I think we just have gotten the 3-D home for the left side just right just yet, but I so appreciate your continued efforts.

#59 This is great! I love the front gable style roof /house and the windows! Beautiful! Very Elegant! This is a really great start to a new design. I also like the text, font, spacing, etc. However we need to bring the text area to the level of elegant style that the roof and house area has. Some ideas: maybe if the gold carries down behind the text and the text becomes blue? I do feel we have maybe too much space on each side of the text - but I like the text with Organized over by Design as you have it. So I don't know if that means the side houses & roofs become a little shorter. It's nice as it is I'm not quite sure how to guide you to revise that. Or does the font become larger? Again it's so nice I don't want to misguide but we need to figure that part out. Maybe the 3 services can be listed in the text box area also. I will look forward to your revisions as I really love what you have started and it was something I really wasn't able to explain. Thank you so very much!
I am looking forward to your next revisions and I so appreciate you were able to not only express that a grand style custom home more than a box style would be more appealing, but start to put one together with beautiful details. Another thought - although I know there is a lot of feedback already to work underneath the roof but maybe as the gold is brought down behind the text so is the nice detail of the house. Thank you!
#62 - I think #62 has better proportions to the roof line #60 & #61 seem a little too short in the text area in proportion to the roof although I see how it fits the text in better. #60 - I do like the cohesiveness of bringing the gold down behind the text. To keep the grand or custom style of the home I think we need to keep the text box area or what will be the sides of the house in proportion to the upper half. To keep Organized over by Design we may have to shorten the roof line slightly on the sides. Maybe columns or some side house detail can help fill in the vertical space as you detail the sides of the house? Thank you so much for your continued efforts to get this just right.
#63 Yes I like the additional side detailing to the house as wll as having one unified building. I think we need a little more detail to the front. Some ideas: I think we need a line or a highlighted or shaded line horizontally across where the gable roof lines may still help define the space. Not sure but let's try. You have beautiful detailing with the gable roof lines. Maybe some additional detail to the sides of the house now. Re: the name and the font. I still like how the font and spacing is in #59. It's a nice tidy look with Organized over by Design. Here's another thought - after the details are in the sides of the house and just under the gables. Maybe a blue text box goes in to define the Organized by Design name. That way it doesn't have to extend to the ends or sides of the home allowing you to space it more like in #59. The blue color should have the shading and highlighing lighting. - Maybe it should be a darker blue you have in the windows but with the highlighting and shading. And white text for ease of reading? Re: the services underneath - I am also wondering since we have a good bit of length with this design if we have room to incorporate the 3 services as: Home Staging - Home Makeovers - Home Organizing (I do like that you have that dots separating them please don't change that - I just used that dashes for typing) And could they fit at the bottom but inside the house in the gold? Lots of thoughts and guidance that I hope is helpful. This is really coming along nicely. Thank you so much!
A few other thoughts - I see you did shorten the house. I think it looks good for proportion. For #63 The other thing I wanted to mention is that maybe with additional details to the house we don't need a text box but maybe try the color of the font to be more like the windows - a darker blue. Maybe then you don't need to add a different color text box. I would still like to see the other - this is just another idea as well. Thank you so very much!
Thank you so much. You are doing a great job. Another compliment I wanted to pass along is that I like that you were able to do 3 roof lines and yet it still has a good overall roof line. Sometimes 3 roof lines look like a mountain-scape.
Re: #66 I like the horizontal line across under the gable roof lines. Let's keep that. I think no vertical lines down the center as it breaks up the house. I think the design on the sides maybe should be more similar to the style in the roof line - or maybe just more like the horizontal shading that no goes across. - Just darker shading and more highlighting. Wow the blue background really makes the house pop. Something to consider. I think I still prefer Organized by Design to be within the house - although I appreciate seeing this option. And it appears the house is a little shorter, boxier in #66, however we may be getting that grander look with #63.

Oh so sorry. So hard to explain design verbally sometimes. Ok - for the sides - less decorative. More just showing the lines with highlighting in shading as the in the roof lines or in the current horizontal lines - just not decorative like as in #66. Hope that helps.
#68 Yes the sides are good now. Thank you. I still think we need to remove the center vertical lines in the center of the home as it makes it look like garage doors instead of a custom or grand- style home. #63 has the text within the house and I would like to see the text back in the house not underneath. May I see those colors (darker blue and the white) as you did the text in #63? The background blue is pretty but I'm not sure we need it. Let's see it without. The text seems to fit the space better in examples #62 & #62. - maybe you can adjust for #71 as there seems to be a little too much blank side space in the gold of the house before and after the text - maybe the font is just a little larger in #62 & #63 I like the darker blue on the gold as you have it in #71. I do like the gold text for the services with the darker blue for Organized by Design. The little dots need to be darker blue. I see that you made the text a little larger and easier to read. Maybe if you wouldn't mind dropping the word Home for me to see how just Staging - Makeovers -Organizng looks as it is easier to read when we have less words in that group and you may be able to slightly increase the text size again. #62 - You may be wondering why I am holding onto this design. There is still something I like about the white lettering on the blue background for the text box. I would like to see if you could decrease that blue text box (please keep the white boder the white lettering all as it is) and insert the entire text box within the gold house #71 so the gold of the house borders all around the blue text box. The blue text box would sit within the house. Again - thank you so very much!
Thank you so very much. I greatly appreciate all of the revisions you have done to get to this point. I think #73 is quite nice and gives a completed look, which is the goal. However in trying to get this perfected, I am concerned about when the logo is used very small, that the particular white text being used may be a little hard to read. The white font used in #59 if you are able to make that work in the space. Also would you be so kind as to try a white background where the blue background is and the darker blue as the color of the text for Organized by Design. (with the word by a little smaller than it is now) May I see the 3 services in the darker blue as well since they are small? I am very appreciate of all the revisions you have made to help me.
They look great!!! #75 is more readable with that font in the white and it was helpful for me to see it with a white background as in #74 Thank you so much for the extra effort! How thoughtful of you to put together the headers with a variety of your logos and with blue as well as white backgrounds! Well done! It is so helpful! I am able to really compare the fonts, spacing, etc - all of those small items that make a big difference in the final product. I appreciate all of the revisions you have done for me. Many of my requests for revisions may have seemed very small but they are very important for me to see those changes to see if the whole design is coming together for me. I am so appreciative! As I try to compare for the final decision may I see entry #61 1. with the tagline of services "Home Staging - Makeovers - Organizing" in the darker blue to almost black (color matching the window color or darker) to ensure readability. 2. As another option with #61 could you border the blue text box with the white and then gold - similar to entry #75. Please adjust as necessary since this is a more elongated design. I don't want to overwhelm the design but would like to compare with or without the bordering. 3. Would you also be so kind as to send a black and white version of #61 also?
