I want the triangle to be more prominent. Probably leaning towards the word "OnPoint" coming out of the triangle. Also, like some fade options I'm seeing. Not married to the fade, but like to see it as an option.

Not the right thing. If was going this direction, would need the "O" and "P" to be larger than the other letters. Also, "OnPoint" is one word. So I'm liking the "On" to be different from the rest of the work. I like Small Caps
