Thanks for your efforts so far. Here are my thoughts on this design:

Not sure I need to have a tooth in the design, per se.

The tagline may change, so I probably don't need that in the logo.

A bit too plain, and maybe too long with all the words in the logo... but maybe not.

Entry 1: I kind of like the idea of a clock... but not sure I want senior dentists to think about time. They may think about how much time it takes to go through the process of selling their practice... or maybe, on a more positive side, they may think of all the time they will have when they retire... I think it may be too unclear why a clock fits with my company.
